Habits are hard to break and hard to make.
Writing is a hard thing to start doing, but once it's started it does become addictive. I think I'm weaning onto this. I'm so relieved.
Negative thinking is another habit I've got, but it's a bad one. Worse than not writing. It's the worst thing I do - it's my nail biting, my hair pulling, my obsessive dusting. I wish I could get paid for it.
